Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial evaluates the efficacy of acupuncture in reducing pain and improving patient experience during transperineal prostate biopsy. Participants will be randomized to receive either acupuncture or sham acupuncture prior to the biopsy, in addition to standard local anesthesia.
