Brief Summary: The purpose of this observational multicenter study is to investigate whether a new approach called the Cognitive Model for Behavioral Interventions - Severe Mental Illness (CoMBI-SMI) can help reduce challenging behaviors and psychological symptoms in adults and older adults (18 years and older) with severe mental illness.
