Monrovia, April 23 -- The Project Accountable Safe Space Women's Accountability Room (PASSWAR) is calling on all Liberians to remain calm and peaceful as the National Elections Commission (NEC) begins the ballot counting process following the just-ended by-election in Nimba County.

In a statement issued Monday, PASSWAR applauded the people of Liberia for their meaningful engagement in the electoral process and commended voters in Nimba for their turnout and participation in the by-election.
