Liberia, Nov. 25 -- Delegates from across West Africa are now in Monrovia for the singular purpose of the 41st General Assembly of the ECOWAS Brown Card Insurance Scheme, a regional mechanism established in 1982 to facilitate the free movement of vehicles and ensure cross-border motor insurance coverage.
