Monrovia, Sept. 1 -- The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Liberia today underscored the pivotal role of Liberian entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in advancing the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development.
