Monrovia, Feb. 20 -- The management of Sethi Ferro Fabrik Inc. has confirmed an industrial accident at its Gardnersville facility, which resulted in the tragic death of an employee assigned to the company's Oxygen Plant.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the company expressed profound regret over the incident and extended sincere condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of the deceased, identified as Saah Samukai.

"Our employees are the heart of our operations, and their safety is our top priority. This loss is deeply painful for all of us," the company stated.
