Monrovia, May 5 -- In a fiery condemnation, Representative Thomas Alexander Goshua of Grand Bassa Electoral District #5 has sharply criticized Equatorial Palm Oil Company (EPO) for its alleged mistreatment of workers and failure to remit National Social Security and Welfare Corporation (NASSCORP) Withholding Taxes.
Speaking during a recent interview, Goshua made it clear that the Ministry of Labor is already investigating the claims, which include allegations that EPO collected but never remitted taxes owed to NASSCORP.
"Documents from NASSCORP have confirmed that many of those complaining are not even listed, despite the company allegedly collecting the withholding fees from their wages," Goshua revealed.
