MONROVIA, Feb. 24 -- President Joseph Boakai has called for urgent reforms in Liberia's higher education sector, urging the government to tackle the growing number of substandard tertiary institutions across the country.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony of Margibi University on Friday, President Boakai emphasized the need to uphold high educational standards to ensure Liberia's youth are properly prepared for leadership roles in the country's future.
