Monrovia, March 25 -- The National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA) is currently facing significant financial challenges, including outstanding arrears totaling US$3.1 million, according to the newly appointed acting Director General, J. Cyrus Saygbe, Sr.
