Liberia, Feb. 10 -- The National Elections Commission of Liberia (NEC) has announced a series of key personnel transfers and promotions affecting its Communications, Political Affairs, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) departments, in a move aimed at strengthening institutional efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Acting on recommendations from the Department of Administration and the NEC Secretariat, the Board of Commissioners (BoC) approved the transfer of Mr. Prince Dunbar, outgoing Director of Communications, to the position of Director of Political Affairs.
