MONROVIA, Jan. 27 -- Mulbah Morlu, Chairman of the Solidarity and Trust for a New Day (STAND), has sharply criticized President Joseph Boakai's administration, condemning the first year of his presidency as one marked by missed opportunities, mismanagement, and unfulfilled promises.
