Monrovia, April 29 -- Charuk Siafa and the City Mayor of Winston Salem, Allen Joines met on Friday, April 25, 2025 at the Monrovia City Hall and held a productive bilateral discussion that aims to promote partnership between the city of Monrovia and Winston Salem.
