Monrovia, Jan. 28 -- FrontPageAfrica has learned that the Liberia Traffic Management Inc (LTM) is set to officially resume operations after years of dormancy. The move comes after President Joseph Boakai recently endorsed the Concession Agreement between the Government of Liberia and LTM, reaffirming the country's commitment to the agreement despite previous disputes.

In a letter addressed to Minister of Transport, Sirleaf R. Tyler, President Boakai confirmed the validity of the agreement, instructing the Minister of Justice to ensure its immediate and full implementation.
