Sinoe County, Oct. 29 -- The Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA), under the leadership of newly assigned Commander Alex S. Flomo, has arrested a 45-year-old woman in possession of a large quantity of narcotic substance in Sinoe County.
According to Alex Flomo, Officer-In-Charge of the LDEA in Sinoe County, the arrest followed an intelligence tip-off received by his team. The suspect, Alice Toweh, a 45-year-old Liberian national, was apprehended on October 27, 2025 at about 4:30 p.m. at Panama Gate 3, Sinoe County, while traveling from Monrovia with a carton of biscuits.
