Monrovia, March 4 -- Ambassador Beth Van Schaack is making her second trip to Liberia in five months. If her last trip is any gauging point to what will unfold this week when she meets with key stakeholders in Liberia, the point advisor to the US Secretary of State on issues relating to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide, will have her hands full in what is poised to be a critical period in the US effort to bring perpetrators of Liberia's civil war to justice: A major turning point toward the establishment of a War and Economic Crimes Court.
