Monrovia, March 26 -- The US$120,000 District Office project in Buchanan has been significantly delayed, with the contractor failing to complete the work despite receiving the majority of the agreed payment.

The project, which aims to provide an administrative hub for the district's lawmakers and senators, was approved during the 12th County Sitting of Grand Bassa County. It is crucial for enhancing governance and development in the area.
