Monrovia, May 20 -- The Former Vice President of the Republic of Liberia Chief Dr. Jewel Howard-Taylor has dedicated a water pump for the people of Cooper Farm, Block-D Community in Cooper Farm Rehab, Paynesville.

The project is part of fulfillment of a campaign promise made during the just ended 2023 presidential and general election by Madam Taylor during her 2023 election campaign.

Speaking during the dedication ceremony held on Sunday, May 19, 2025, former VP Jewel Howard-Taylor stressed that despite no longer holding government office, she remains committed to improving the living conditions of citizens.
