Monrovia, March 5 -- The Executive Director of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Dr. Emmanuel K. Urey Yarkpawolo, has urged environmental evaluators to adopt SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) Environmental Management Plans to ensure effective environmental sustainability.
