Monrovia, April 17 -- The Monrovia City Court has issued a writ of arrest for former Montserrado County Superintendent and ex-Managing Director of the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC), Grace T. Kpahn, in connection with the alleged illegal demolition of two private residences on Bushrod Island.

The arrest order, signed by Stipendiary Magistrate Ben Barco, charges Madam Kpahn with Criminal Mischief following a formal complaint from two residents, Benson Kun and Marck Harris.
