Gbarnga, Aug. 22 -- Serious allegations have emerged from within the Bong County Technical College (BCTC), where Mr. Molley O. K. Tokpah, the acting Comptroller, is accused of usurping the functions of the institution's Procurement Department.

This development has raised concerns about grave violations of the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC) Act of 2010, which governs how public entities in Liberia manage procurement and related financial processes.
