Monrovia, Dec. 2 -- FrontPage has uncovered serious and escalating allegations of payroll fraud at the National Insurance Corporation of Liberia (NICOL), where senior officials are accused of illegally manipulating and padding the institution's official Civil Service Agency (CSA) payroll over the past several months.

Documents and internal sources reviewed by FrontPage show acting Managing Director Abdullah S. Swaray, Human Resources Manager Vessay S. Konneh (brother of Senator Amara Konneh), and Acting Board Chair Amsumanah Jallah are alleged to have altered NICOL's payroll between October and December 2025.
