Monrovia, Dec. 4 -- The Ministry of Labour is warming individuals claiming to be Labour Inspectors to immediately desist or face the wrath of the law.

The Labour Ministry further strongly warns all employers, institutions and members of the public not to engage, cooperate with or conduct any business with individuals claiming to be Labour Inspectors without proper and verifiable identification.

The Ministry further clarifies that no official labour inspection or enforcement exercise is currently ongoing, and none will commence until the year 2026, warming that any person or group visiting business entities in the name of the Ministry of Labour for inspection purposes is acting unlawfully.
