Monrovia, Dec. 24 -- Former Liberian presidential candidate and youth advocate Dr. Joshua T. Turner has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Libertas, India's first community-focused blockchain development and training company.

In an interview with this paper, Turner said the move is expected to open new pathways for digital empowerment and job creation for young Liberians.
