Monrovia, Aug. 22 -- Justice Minister Frank Musah Deah, Sr Cllr. Arthur T. Johnson, Special Independent Prosecutor and Chairman, Assets Investigation, Restitution and Recovery Team (AIRRET), is requesting Justice Minister Frank Musah Dean, Sr. to account for payment he might have received under domestic arrears payment scheme during the first term of former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.
