Monrovia, Nov. 17 -- Key opinion leaders in Fuamah District have publicly apologized to Representative Foday Fahnbulleh for not supporting him during the 2023 legislative election, admitting that their earlier decision to back former Representative Corpo Barclay was based on misunderstandings about Rep. Fahnbulleh's development agenda.
