
India, April 24 -- Oterra, a leading producer of natural colors and color solutions, has welcomed the decision by The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to phase out petroleum-based artificial colors in food and beverages, and has promised to support food and beverage manufacturers converting to natural colors.
