Transfer order of lecturers leaves School Education Department 'red faced'

JAMMU, July 4 -- A transfer order of lecturers issued ostensibly by the School Education Department dated 7th July 2020, went viral on social networking sites on Friday, four days before it had to be issued, netizens mocked the order as an advance booking of transfers.

An order, which was supposed to be issued by the School Education department on 7th of July 2020, appearing on social networking sites well in advance left the School Education Department red faced.
