Jammu, Nov. 2 -- When everyone was busy fighting COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir, land encroachers in Thannamandi sub division of district Rajouri, made fortune by grabbing huge chunk of the abandoned state in "connivance" with the Revenue officials.
"Administration failed to stop the encroachments in ward no. 12 of the Municipal Committee at Thanamandi during the lockdown period. At least 10 kanals of land passing through the survey No. 580, 592 and 595 was encroached by some influential people with the help of Revenue officials.
