JAMMU, July 3 -- Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation (MD JKRTC), Angrez Singh Rana today issued an order wherein penalty has been imposed against, CB Driver recoverable from his salary, for gross negligence of legitimate duties and ticket less travelling.
The MD, JKRTC imposed the penality after "ARTO Kishtwar/ Doda along with associate member conducted surprise checking of JKRTC vehicles and accordingly submitted report vide No. ARTO/KTR/2020-21/114 dated 30.06. 2020, which indicates that the CB Driver was found indulging into the act of misappropriation of Corporation revenue and accordingly they recommended the punishment against erring crew as per provision contained in Employees (Discipline & Conduct Regula...
