JAMMU, June 30 -- Pradesh Mahila Congress staged a protest against NDA/BJP Govt. and its failure to control prices of diesel and petrol. Pardesh Mahila Congress president Indu Pawar said that the country has already suffered due to lockdown in fighting of coronavirus. Now during opening when poorer sections of society lost their jobs and business are made to suffer further due to regular price hike of diesel and petrol.
Protesters raised slogans against Modi Govt for its wrong policies and appealed it to reduce prices of POL in view of falling international prices of crude oil.
Other who spoke on the occasion includes Vandana Makhnotra, Suman Choudhry Reeta Kanojia, Asha Motten and Sunita.
