MENDHAR, April 7 -- A three-week lock down in India aimed at stopping the contiguous Coronavirus ,is preventing perishables from reaching its teeming Cities and Rural Sectors , pushing up prices and forcing some farmers, consumers, wagers to feed their ripening produce to their animals instead.

Panchayat Lanjoite's Near LoC in block Mendhar the population is facing the shortage of basic commodities. Sarpanch Nazir Ahmed said.
