Jammu, July 12 -- State president Rakesh Singh under the banner of jammu Kashmir Teacher master Association (JKTMA) accompanied by State vice president Vikram Gupta and State General secretary Vivek Gupta today discuss the issue of transfer and DPC of teachers/masters fraternity.
Rakesh Singh while speaking on the occasion said that there is a need to reorganize the structure of whole school education department in different sections of Elementary, Secondary and senior secondary section along with the creation of new posts for respective sections to streamline the work culture of different sections.
