JAMMU, June 30 -- A senior functionary of Congress party has lodged a complaint against a senior party leader for allegedly neglecting him during a recent protest demonstration organized against the fuel hike.
Though the protest was launched by the senior functionary against a party leader and the letter was shot to the party president but same was exposed to the media houses and social networking sites by the leader, which points towards deep resentment against the party leader.
