JAMMU, June 30 -- Coming down heavily on former Chief Minister of J&K, Farooq Abdullah, for opposing the Domicile Certificate and other historic decisions of scrapping Article 370, 35A and adopting the principle of One Constitution, One Head, One Flag, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K Executive Member Raman Suri today said that leaders like him were always opposed to giving rights to women, West Pakistan refugees, Balmikis, Gorkhas and other sections of society settled in J&K since independence.
