JAMMU, July 1 -- Nearly a year has passed since the J&K High Court directed Divisional Commissioner Jammu and Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar to ensure functioning of government offices designated for Marwah in Marwah Sub Division but the same are still operating from District Headquarter Kishtwar.
With the operation of the Government offices designated for Marwah, Warwan and Dachhan Tehsils of Marwah Sub Division from District Headquarter, the people living in Marwah Sub Division having population of about 50000 had to suffer continuously as traveling around 120 kms to Kishtwar keep them on tenterhooks.
