Jammu, Dec. 2 -- While as polling for the second phase of eight-phased District Development Councils (DDCs) has been completed on Tuesday, it appears that Congress high command has abandoned its J&K unit because not even a single leader from Centre has visited the Union Territory (UT).

Highly placed sources said that there was strong anger among party candidates- who are in the fray for DDCs elections, against the 'indifferent and apathetic' attitude of the high command.
