India, April 16 -- Vardhman Concrete Limited on Saturday informed Bombay Stock Exchange that the board of directors at their meeting held, have appointed Prashansa Bora as non-executive independent additional director of the company with effect from April 12, 2019.
The company further informed that they have accepted the resignation of Ansul Gupta and Foram Mehta as directors and Satish Parmar as company secretary with effect from April 12, 2019.
