India, June 13 -- Unison Metals Limited said in a filing to BSE that Rajeshkumar Asawa has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
The board of directors have appointed Roshan G. Bothra, the member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm at the registered office of the Company and resolution related to the appointment of CFO of the Company was passed.
