India, April 12 -- Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited on Thursday informed Bombay Stock Exchange that the company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company 'Narayana Health North America LLC' in the state of Delaware, United States of America on April 09, 2019.
The shares of Narayana Hrudayalaya were trading at Rs. 218.30 apiece, high at 1.40 points or 0.65 per cent at 10:21 hours on the BSE.
