India, June 13 -- Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Register of Members, Register of Beneficial Owners and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, August 03, 2019 to Friday, August 09, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend, if declared, at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, August 09, 2019 at 3.00 PM.
