India, April 16 -- Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India ("IRDAI") vide its letter no IRDA/NL/2016-17/357/Vol-2 dated April 15, 2019 has approved the re-appointment of Bhargav Dasgupta as Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd for a period of five years effective from May 1, 2019.
The shareholders through Postal Ballot resolution passed on March 7, 2019 had already approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhargav Dasgupta for a period of five years effective from May 1, 2019.
