India, June 13 -- SSPN Finance Limited said in a filing to BSE that Gauri Agarwal has resigned as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer with effect from June 11, 2019.
The Company informed that it has accepted the resignation and relieved her of the responsibilities effective March 11, 2019.
The company stated that Ankur Choksi shall act as a Compliance Officer until the new Compliance Officer gets appointed.
