India, June 13 -- Fischer Chemic Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors in the Meeting held on June 12, 2019, have accepted the resignation of Abhishek Halan as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the company with effect from June 11, 2019.
The board of directors have decided to appoint Vedant Bhatt as new Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
