India, June 26 -- Bilcare Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on June 25, 2019, approved appointment of Prabhavi Mungee, as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from June 24, 2019 in place of Dinesh Kumar Sharma who ceases to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from June 25, 2019.
