India, April 30 -- Benara Bearings and Pistons Limited on Tuesday said in a filing to BSE that the board of directors in the meeting held on April 29, 2019, have considered and approved the appointment of Nirmala Devi Jain and Akhil Kumar Jain as additional Directors, and also accepted the resignation of Sarla Jain and Ketaki Benara as directors of the company.
