DAR ES SALAAM, Dec. 1 -- PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa on Friday reiterated the need for a new mindset among university leavers. He said it was high time graduates became creators of opportunities and entrepreneurs other than becoming job seekers.
Gracing the 45th graduation ceremony of the Institute of Financial Management (IFM), the Premier used the occasion to remind higher learning institutions that they must keep improving curriculums to produce graduates who would become self-employed and create jobs for others.
The Prime Minister said the development of entrepreneurs at universities will go hand to hand with the government's industrialisation drive.
