Sri Lanka, July 13 -- Correct decision should be made by the people at the forthcoming General Election to strengthen the Vision of Prosperity of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, former Minister Sumedha G Jayasena said. Priority should be given to face future challenges rather than expecting the government to asphalting rural roads, obtaining jobs or land and fertiliser subsidy, she said.

She was addressing several propaganda rallies in Wellawaya, Sevanagala and Moneragala.

"A strong government should be set up to face various global challenges that threaten the sovereignty of the country and rebuild the economy which has slowed down during the past Good Governance government," she said.
