Sri Lanka, Jan. 31 -- "It is in the best interest of all communities in Sri Lanka and its diasporas that the present government delivers on its promises," says International Coordinator of the Well Wishers of Tamils in Sri Lanka, Raj Sivanathan. This includes the conduct of long postponed provincial council elections and the implementation of the 13th amendment to the constitution.
