Sri Lanka, Sept. 16 -- The Orientation Training Programme for 2078 graduates commenced in Jaffna on September 14 under the guidance of Jaffna Security Forces Commander Major General Senarath Bandara.

The programme is the first stage of recruiting 50,000 graduates to the public sector, initiated by the Government.

The graduates have to follow residential and practical training sessions designed to inculcate leadership ,team building and will augment their professional skills to meet the future goals of the public sector.

The training is administrated and coordinated by the Sri Lanka Army assisted by the Jaffna District Secretariat.
