Sri Lanka, March 4 -- Children need their own space to play and interact with other children, which is part of growing up. However, it seems that today, they face two extremities. One extremity is that they are deprived of this freedom. In Sri Lankan there is the "tuition class culture". There is nothing wrong with tuition classes. In fact, they do a lot of good for the child's education. But when a child is made to participate in tuition classes from the moment he/she finishes school until late in the night, not just one but many tuition classes, in some cases, that child is denied essential childhood experiences.
